Phillips/Sacramento Deposition Reporters can provide you with realtime transcription feed from their stenotype-computer connection enabling you to refer to and annotate testimony throughout the deposition. This function can be accomplished using a variety of software products including RealLegal Binder, LiveNote (www.livenote.com), CaseView (http://support.stenograph.com/prod_caseview.html) and Summation.

We can also provide you with electronic rough draft transcripts via email or diskette at the conclusion of the deposition if you need immediate access to the testimony.

Realtime Over the Internet

Phillips/Sacramento Deposition Reporters can provide Webstreamed realtime testimony over the internet. By using a high-speed connection, the reporter can link a person in a remote location to the reporter’s realtime transcript. This service may be useful to an attorney or party who wants to participate in a deposition but would like to save the costs involved in traveling.

Transcript and Exhibit Linking

Phillips/Sacramento Deposition Reporters will link your deposition and exhibits and provide them to you on CD. No software is necessary on your end; it’s built into the CD. We are also able to provide Summation users with a Summation Briefcase File for depositions and exhibits.

Video

Phillips/Sacramento Deposition Reporters can videotape your deposition and provide it on a CD or DVD. In this format, you’ll be able to view the deposition on your computer instead of using a videotape player.

The videotaped proceedings can be synchronized with the deposition transcript to produce a searchable video. By typing in a keyword or phrase or location in the transcript, the synchronizing software will find what you are looking for and play the corresponding segment of video.

Electronic Document Repositories

In complex cases or upon request, your deposition transcripts, exhibits, and other media can be uploaded to our secure, password-protected repository for search and retrieval by you or your legal team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
